File Download Help To download the files and print them from your computer simply right-click on the word "DOWNLOAD" and select "Save Target As" from the pop-up mouse menu. If you prefer to open the file in your web browser then left-click on the word "DOWNLOAD" and the file will automatically open in Adobe Acrobat Reader in this window. Please note it is faster to download to your computer using the "Save Target As" method. Please note you must have at least Adobe Acrobat Reader version 4.0 or above to view the files correctly. Older versions of Adobe may display the pages but you will most likely get errors. If you need a full version of Adobe Acrobat or to upgrade from an old version, it's FREE and easy to install. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) If you are having problems downloading files from our site, here are some answers to frequently asked questions which may help you. To return to the previous page simply click the "Back" button on your browser menu. 1. I click the link to the Adobe site but I get confused on where to go after that: The keyword here is "FREE" - of course Adobe wants to sell you on their products once you're on the site. However all you need is the free Acrobat READER, which should be listed on the page with the word FREE by it. Follow that link and you should arrive at the download page. Adobe may ask for your version of Windows or Mac and your name before you proceed. Then find the "Download" button and click it. A window will pop up asking you to open or save, select the option "Save this file to disk." Another window will pop up showing you where the file will be saved on your computer. Note the file name in the box, you'll need to remember that later to find the file. After you download the file, find it where you saved it on your computer, double-click it with the left mouse button, and Adobe will install it to your computer. 2. I upgraded my version of Adobe Acrobat Reader but I still get error messages in Adobe when opening your files: When you upgrade, you don't actually upgrade your previous version. Adobe installs the new version of Acrobat Reader as a seperate program. It is possible that your computer is still refering everything to the old version of Acrobat Reader. To solve this you need to uninstall the old version of Acrobat Reader. To do this, go to the windows start menu and select Settings > Control Panel. From the Control Panel window choose the "Add Remove Programs" icon. In the pop up window find your old version of Adobe Acrobat Reader (should be the lower number, probably 3.0), highlight it, and select the "Add/Remove" button below the window. After you do this you should re-install the new version of Adobe. To do this, simply double-click with the left mouse button again on the new Adobe file you previously downloaded. 3. When the downloading of my file starts, it says it will take hours! Don't worry, it won't take 3 hours to download your file. Windows' estimated downloading times are rarely correct. The Adobe Acrobat Reader is the largest file you will have to deal with. It is 8mb, and will take anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes to download depending on your computer's internet connection. The files on the New Leasing Concepts web site are all under 2.5mb, which means no file will take longer than 10 to 15 minutes and most will take 1 to 5 minutes depending on your internet connection.
